I was only 9 years old when I got invited to the church La Senda Antigua on 122 st. I really didn't care much because I was only a child, at that time. I was also going to catholic church which I didn't like because it made no sense to me.

When I went to La Senda Antigua I felt welcomed. As I sat there, I noticed how freely people praised God, sang and read the bible. I felt something in the atmosphere. But I didn't know what it was. Now I do, It was God's great spirit. Right now I have 5 years in the church and I'm 13 years old . I love my God with all my heart because He died for me on the cross. When I got baptized Jesus washed away all my sins. And I thank Him for that. By reading the bible my knowledge has grown more. I thank God for everything he has done for me especially on October 31, 98 the night a very big fire started on the corner of my block. At the time I was scared but God whispered in my ear and said " I'll sent my angels to protect and take care of you."

He protected our house. A garden was between the building on fire and a building which prevented the fire to run down to the other building's on the block including mine. This is the reason I have many things to thank God for. When I look out into the world I thank him because I am not out of school, in the streets, smoking or even getting pregnant like many teenage girls are.

As a tear flows down my eyes I pray to God to help and strengthen the teens from La Senda Antigua to follow the Lord and no one else. To avoid the schemes of the devil's temptations. As God himself said,: I loved you so much that I gave my only Son to die for you" and for that reason I'll never leave Jesus.

God bless first of all I want to tell you that God worked in my life in an incredible way because I was an atheist: I didn't believe there was a God. But I went to catholic church because it was my families tradition, I never had any interest in it. I got invited by my uncle , Brother Pacheco to la Senda Antigua when the church was located on 122nd and 3rd Ave. When I got there I felt comfortable and accepted because I saw people my age who I looked up to. Every time I went to church I looked more and more for God, studying his word (The Bible) and looking for his presence. God worked in my life and changed many things in my life. I am very grateful of God. And I know he can do the same for you.

God bless you, God has been very merciful with me he has helped me through troubles and difficulties, One of the biggest things God has done for me was when He gave me understanding, patience and peace in my heart when I was getting operated on October 1, 2000. During this time God proved his love towards me and I felt the glory and the power of God healing me and strengthening me in that hospital room. Ever since then, God has been given me dreams and visions about his arrival. God is coming soon, Listen to the Lord and let God live in your heart too. Hello and God bless everyone. God has blessed me a lot with his holy spirit. One of the biggest blessings God has given me has been the ability to make web sites and have the privilege to make a web site for the youth of our church. I know that God will bless me a lot and I also know that this website will help many teens that don't know about God and the teens in our church also.

To all the people God bless, for those of you who wanted to hear my testimony here it goes, The second time I visited the church God touched my heart and told me, "Don't worry your father is in good hands." I kept visiting the church and six months later I decide to get baptized because I was sick and tired of my old life seeing my mother suffering with my brothers and sisters problems. One day I told my father I wanted to get baptized and that eventually things were going to change. I always used to pray to God, telling him that my father's life was in his hands and that he had the control of all things. When our church went to camp my father decided to come along with us. The last night of camp God touched my father's heart and my father accepted God as his savior and he also decided to get baptized in the river of camp. My mother was so excited that she ran around the tabernacle 7 times as a symbol of thanks to God. There were no words to express the way I felt at that moment. I couldn't believe my eyes God had answered my prayers. Ever since that day my father and I became closer and I didn't have to worry about going out to the streets to look for my father anymore. These are so many things God has done in my life. Have faith in God and God will bless you and your family. Remember He still loves you no matter what.

I used to go to Catholic church until I got invited to La Senda Antigua by my cousins. When I first got there I didn't like it. I kept visiting. Until God finally touched my heart in a very special way. After that I got baptized I was very happy because I felt God in my heart. Teens out there I want to tell you that God is the only one that can change your life like he did to mine.

I was born Christian and I always used to go to church with my parents. I never respected my parents, the devil was controlling my life and every time I tried to get closer to God, it seemed like the devil was pulling me away from God. I'm still trying to get closer to God. I can proudly say that I've reached my goal and since the day God gave me the Holy Spirit I feel I'm in a different world. God changed the relationship I had with my parents and he gave me respect towards them and everyone else. Who ever reads this I would like to let you know that God is the only way. Trust and believe in Him and if you believe in him he'll bless you and your life will change forever.

Virgin's Testimony.

I came to church from the world, God called me and I followed Him. When I first got baptized, I used to pray to God asking him to give me something that  I can give to Him. Soon God answered my prayer and gave me the blessing to sing for Him. Till this day, He has transformed me and used me as an instrument for his glory and I'll serve Him with all my heart till the rest of my life.

Katy's Testimony.

My name is Katy Corona; I am an active member in Iglesia Pentecostal La Senda Antigua also known as "The Old Path Pentecostal Church," where Reverend Edwin Lopez is the Pastor. I accepted Jesus as my one and only savior in 1997, and I must tell you it was the best decision I've ever made. Jesus brought into my live all the things that my soul was seeking but could not find in the world. I came before him with nothing to offer, but a shuddered heart and a poor spirit. Instead of turning me away he took me into his arms and healed all my wounds ("I will give you a new heart and a new mind ... 11 Ezekiel 36;26). The Lord also blessed me by giving me the greatest gifts of all, my salvation and his Holy Spirit. It was through his Spirit that I was able to experience true joy, hope, and peace. He also helped me accomplish many aspirations that at one time I thought to be impossible, but the Lord states in his word: "But when the Holy Spirit comes upon you, you will be filled with power ... Acts 1:8. I have the strength to face all conditions by the power that Christ gives me. Philippians 4;13", meaning that with the help of our Lord EVERYTHING is possible.
