God Bless........

I'm really glad God has given me another year to work with the youth of our church and I know 2001 is going to come really hard on us because now a days things are getting from bad to worst. This year we have great plans to work with each other and to work gaining more teens for Jesus and in order to do this we have to prepare ourselves mentally, emotionally and physically. We may feel pretty inadequate at times, but Jesus has commissioned us, too. He wants us to go and tell.

There are thousands and millions of teens that are in jails, in hospitals in the streets. A dying world out there that needs hope; the hope we have through Jesus Christ. These teens also need to know about God and his love. But then again who will talk to them about God if we don’t? I really wanted to let you know that this is the time when we really have to hold on. Hold on to God. Time is short and God can come any minute. That's why we have to live under His will with faith. That's what I have right now, all I can do is pray and have faith in God knowing that only He can bless us and use us as instruments for his glory.

Satan is very motivated to keep us from being concerned about the lost. Even though the war has been won by Jesus, the devil is determined to destroy as many lives as he can until Christ return. The enemy hates it when we become burden for the world. He knows that we'll begin to pray, give, and even go to the ends of the world to share the good news about Jesus Christ. So, Satan will do anything he can to divert our attention. But keep in mind that Christ is greater than the enemy is. And with the Lord's help, so are we! Christ has put the Holy Spirit inside each of us, and every minute of everyday, if we let him, He'll continue to teach, guide, protect, and above all, love us.

Ultimate Word: Read Matthew 28:16-20

**Spent time in prayer, Ask Jesus to protect you and help you beat the schemes of the devil. Ask him to give you a heart and passion for evangelism: "Lord God, open my ears and eyes to the lost. Show me who to reach and give me the words that will open their eyes. Amen."**

God Bless You
